Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Countrywide Corbett, Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Guests will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Standard Cancellation

  • More than 7 days before check-in: 100% refund (excluding transaction charges, if any)
  • 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund

b. No Show

  • In case of no arrival without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • The refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • Any payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted.

4. Modification of Booking

  • Date changes are subject to availability.
  • Requests must be made at least 5 days prior to check-in.
  • Rate differences (if any) will be applicable.

5. Early Check-Out

  • In case of early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights.

6. Cancellation by Hotel

In rare situations where Countrywide Corbett must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.):

  • Guests will receive a full refund, or
  • Option to reschedule the booking (subject to availability)

7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be applicable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Travel restrictions
  • Government regulations

(Rescheduling may be offered at management discretion.)

8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be applicable for:

  • Special promotional or discounted bookings
  • Group bookings (separate terms may apply)
  • Peak season or long weekend bookings (if specified at the time of booking)
